Thesis

Luxury tropical hospitality earned through restraint, not decoration: an unbleached-linen warm-neutral envelope (ivory/sand/espresso) where ALL saturated color lives in golden-hour-graded imagery, a single disciplined bronze accent kept under ~4% coverage, and a true editorial type system (Cormorant Garamond high-contrast display serif as the 'voice', Archivo grotesque as the 'utility'). Hierarchy is carried by size, space and weight-300 serif — never bold. The hero is a full-bleed CSS 'photograph' (ocean/sunset/palm) treated as the interface, with a strengthened gradient scrim guaranteeing white text clears 14:1. Aman x Cereal register: calm, materially specific, conversion-forward (booking CTA persistent in header + every card + contact), and ship-correct for a real Cloudflare-hosted multilingual booking site.

Bahía suggested

Bahía is the warm, conversion-forward Spongi direction: sunset-coral → turquoise over full-bleed tropical art, rounded friendly-premium UI, and a booking spine that never lets the reserve CTA leave the screen. Editorial Fraunces display over a Manrope body, sellable villa cards with specs + nightly pricing + ratings, and a Playa Escondida hero of place — Airbnb immediacy with Condé Nast art direction.

Bahía sells the feeling of arriving — warm sunset-coral meeting Caribbean turquoise over full-bleed tropical imagery, with friendly-premium rounded UI and a conversion-first booking spine. It earns luxury through materiality (sand, ocean, jungle, sunset light rendered in CSS gradients + inline SVG) and an editorial Fraunces display voice, not through chrome. Every screen pushes toward reserving: a sticky 'Reservar Ahora' CTA, a hero search/trust band, and property cards that read like a curated villa portfolio (specs, rating, nightly price, dual CTA). It is deliberately the warmest and most commercial of the Spongi set — the opposite of a calm linen editorial (Sereno) and of a cool teal/gold duality (Dos Océanos).

Dos Océanos

Editorial-modern luxury rentals built on a Caribbean-teal ↔ Pacific-gold duality. Asymmetric magazine grid, Fraunces display serif, a single disciplined gold accent, sellable Plum-Guide-grade property cards, and an art-directed Playa Escondida feature panel — Condé Nast Traveler meets Airbnb conversion, all in Spanish.

Thesis

Dos Océanos earns luxury through a single ownable idea: Panama is the only place a property portfolio literally straddles two oceans, so the entire system is built on a Caribbean-teal ↔ Pacific-gold duality. Deep teal is the editorial 'ink' of the brand (jungle/Caribbean depth); a disciplined warm gold is the ONLY accent (Pacific sunset), used for hairlines, the diagonal ocean-meridian motif, ratings and the reserve CTA — never as a gradient-on-white template. The layout is magazine-grade and asymmetric (split hero, off-grid feature panels, editorial property cards), with a refined Fraunces display serif against a Schibsted Grotesk text face for Condé-Nast credibility. The result is visibly distinct from a warm-coral conversion direction (Bahía) and a calm-linen editorial one (Sereno): it is the most design-forward, most art-directed, with a literal two-tone meridian running through hero, dividers and the Playa Escondida panel.
